Since 1993 our family has arranged tours, tournaments and international travel for Australian golfers. We work with clubs and professionals whose members expect the same standard away from home as they receive at it.
How We Work
Where a trip is promoted through club channels, we treat it as a club trip. It keeps everyone comfortable, including you.
Arrangements for hosting professionals
A professional who leads a group travels as our guest. For larger groups we also contribute towards airfares and pay a fee for the work of hosting. The pre-departure briefing, handicaps and pairings, the daily golf, and being available to the group throughout.
We set these terms out in full in our partner prospectus, and we are glad to discuss them with your club at whatever level of detail you would prefer.

Members book and pay with us directly. Neither the club nor the professional holds members’ money or carries responsibility for the arrangements.
How to Create a Program
First
A conversation about your members and where they might like to travel.
Then
A proposed itinerary and costing, with material the club can circulate.
Next
Bookings open, and we deal with each traveller individually.
Finally
The trip departs, with your leader accompanying the group with our support.
Our Experience
In 2023 we arranged travel for thirty-two members of a Melbourne sporting club to the Rugby World Cup in France, combining a river cruise, golf and match attendance. We have operated escorted tours through more than forty countries since 1993, and we are an authorised sub-agent for The Open. Our accreditations and history are set out on our about page.
