Junior Suite
Junior Suites at the Kinloch Manor are situated on the golden hillside of Kinloch and offer the warmth of boutique luxury of isolated countryside. One Bedroom Villa
One Bedroom Villa’s overlook the golden hills and green fairways of the entire Kinloch estate which sweeps down to the sparkling waters of Lake Taupo. The luxury atmosphere in this room category is generated by beautiful oak floors, a carbon-neutral fireplace, sumptuous handmade New Zealand rugs, and standalone bathtub. The Villa includes laundry facilities, a full kitchen, a furnished private terrace, and a private courtyard for outside dining.
Two Bedroom Villa

The Kinloch Club is located in the centre of the North Island and that means far away from any major city. Auckland is a 3.5-hour drive away, whilst Wellington is a 5-hour drive away. If you are meandering your way around the island, Lake Taupo is an easy destination to reach, but if Kinloch is your only destination or you don’t want to drive, there are flights from the South Island and Auckland on the North Island directly into Taupo. If you’re travelling from Australia, there are connecting flights via Auckland to Taupo. From Taupo airport, the Kinloch Manor & Villas are a 25-minute drive away and transfers can be arranged.
