What constitutes a Tour for Status Eligibility?
A tour is anything escorted, including our range of Golf Tours, Cruises, Golf Week's and Major Event Experiences where a Voyages.golf Team member is escorting the group. What doesn't qualify is a custom trip which is self-led. This has its own rewards structure.
Is the Clubhouse Free to Join?
Absolutely, our Clubhouse is free to join & welcomes new members daily! You'll start seeing the rewards as soon as you enquire about a tour.
How do I check my Status Level?
Upon creating an account, you'll see your status level indicated on your client portal. Once you travel on a tour, your status level is automatically updated. If you aren't tech-savy, just reach out to your dedicated travel agent who will be glad to assist.
What other Features are On the Portal?
You'll be able to see your travel documents for each trip, as well as helpful inspiration, outstanding invoices, and you'll be able to update your personal details at any time which saves time during the booking process.
Can I earn Status by booking through a travel agent?
Yes, we encourage all bookings, even through agents. You must be signed up on our membership program by creating an account to accrue status levels.
