This continuous stretch of oceanfront golf is the longest in all of Hawaii and a certain highlight of every visit.
“The 16th hole at the Ocean Course at Hokuala is a standout. Be careful playing the drivable par-4. It challenges you to make the right club selection. If your tee ball travels down the slot, then you have a chance to drive it on the green and putt for an eagle. A tee shot miss and you have an awkward pitch to the green. The smart play is usually to hit a hybrid or a 3-iron, leaving you a little wedge down to the green.” – Jack Nicklaus

The teaching team, directed by Kellie Hines, PGA Professional, brings enthusiasm and expertise certain to improve your experience and your score. A lifelong resident of Kauai, Kellie is a renowned member of one of Hawaii’s first families of golf, the first woman to serve on the state’s PGA Board, and coach of Hawaii’s championship girls’ team.
