In classic Pronghorn style, the desert landscape contrasts starkly with the green textures of fairways and greens. It appears as if the course could either be brand new or have been there for hundreds of years. Tom Fazio has done a remarkable job to integrate a course of such stand-out features to the local desert topography. Golf at Pronghorn is always fun because most days are sunny, and the wind does not become much of a factor during rounds – that allows for more focus on the layout and challenges on the course itself, rather than having to worry about playing conditions.
