Day 2: Wednesday, 13 August 2025 (B)

  • After breakfast at your leisure, we’ll meet downstairs and head off for a half-day discovery tour of Vancouver. This gorgeous city is the capital of British Columbia and is located on a narrow stretch of land in the Burrard Inlet. Most of the suburbs stretch north and south of the CBD, but we’re staying in the heart of town.
    • Included activity: Capilano Suspension Bridge Park.
  • We’ll discover Vancouver’s beautiful multicultural background, amazing Stanley Park and of course the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park which has plenty of history to tell. Vancouver was incorporated as a city in 1886, and it quickly grew as a result of its strategic location and the completion of the Canadian Pacific Railway.
  • Overnight at the Hilton Vancouver Downtown.

Day 3: Thursday, 14 August 2025 (B)

  • Today we’ll pack up and leave the big city behind. We’re headed into the Canadian Rockies with our first stop at Whistler & Blackcomb Resort. This area is famous for being a winter wonderland but in summer, it has four fantastic golf courses within 30 minutes’ drive and we’re playing the top three.
  • We’ll drop our luggage off at the Westin Whistler Resort which is right in town, before heading over to the gondola to enjoy a scenic afternoon on the mountaintop. Bring your camera because over 60 bears live in the region, and you’ll enjoy sweeping views over Whistler and surrounds.
  • Featured activity: Peak2Peak Gondola Ride
  • This evening, we’ve got a hosted dinner included for you at one of Whistler’s best restaurants (venue TBA). We like to save our welcome dinner until a few nights in to ensure everyone has the chance to meet before sitting down to a meal together.
  • Overnight at the Westin Resort Whistler.

Day 4: Friday, 15 August 2025 (B)

  • After breakfast at your leisure, we’ll transfer to the nearby Nicklaus North Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. This golf course opened in 1995 and features a par of 71, at just under 7,000 yards from the tips. It is ranked as one of the top courses in Canada so be prepared to kickstart our Canadian adventure with a premium golfing experience.
    • Non-golfers, free day in Whistler
  • After lunch at the golf course, we’ll return to the Hotel and you have a free afternoon to spend at your leisure.

Day 5: Saturday, 16 August 2025 (B)

  • For our second round of golf, we’re heading a little out of town to Pemberton, to play Big Sky Golf Course. This premiere public-access course is one of the most scenic we’ll play, as it is situated at the base of steep mountains. This golf course was designed by Robert Cupp, and opened in 1994. The course is meticulously maintained and features meandering holes, large lakes and fast greens.
    • Non-golfers: Unwind at the Scandinave Spa (outdoor thermal spa & massages)
  • After lunch at the club, we’ll return to Whistler for an afternoon spent relaxing at your own pace.

Day 6: Sunday, 17 August 2025 (B)

  • After breakfast at your leisure, we’ll enjoy a short, 5-minute transfer to the nearby Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course for a round on the Robert Trent Jones-designed 18-hole course. This is one of the most beautiful golf courses on our itinerary. Playing here is the perfect way to end our Whistler visit, with stunning views of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains in the background.
  • Non-golfers: Take off on a private bear-viewing tour
  • After lunch at the golf course, we’ll return to the Hotel and you have a free afternoon to spend at your leisure. This is our final night in Whistler so ensure you enjoy it.

Day 7: Monday, 18 August 2025 (B)

  • Today you get a well-deserved sleep-in. We’ll check-out at 10AM and depart for Kamloops with a leisurely drive through the Canadian Rockies. We’ll stop for the best views and coffee if time permits. Our destination today is Kamloops, as we’re heading ultimately for Vernon which is too far to drive in one day.
  • On arrival in Kamloops, we head for the Delta Hotel by Marriott for one night. This is a regional city so there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. We have a night to relax and spend at your leisure so enjoy.

Day 8: Tuesday, 19 August 2025 (B,D)

  • Today we have another travel day. We’ll load onto our luxury coach and drive to Vernon,, with fantastic viewing opportunities throughout. We’ve got a leisurely two-hour drive to Vernon which is situated on the east shores of Lake Okanagan, which is a famous vineyard area known for its diverse microclimates and red-producing varieties including Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, but more on this later.
  • On arrival, we’ll check into the Predator Ridge Resort, which is one of Canada’s famous golfing destinations. This evening, enjoy a hosted dinner at the Resort inclusive of drinks to kick-start a wonderful four-night stay at this premier golf resort.

Day 9: Wednesday, 20 August 2025 (B)

  • After a few days’ break, we’re back to golf so enjoy a big breakfast before heading to the onsite Predator Course. Designed by Les Furber and opened in 1991, this course is set on the sweeping plains of the Okanagan Valley, but don’t be fooled: this is a challenging test of golf despite the amazing views. The design philosophy here is “bring your camera, and remember golf is your recreation and not your occupation.’
  • Non-golfers: Enjoy lunch in downtown Vernon with free time for shopping
  • After lunch at the club, enjoy an afternoon spent relaxing at the Resort or heading into the nearby town of Vernon for dinner at your leisure.

Day 10: Thursday, 21 August 2025 (B)

  • We’ll leave our clubs in the bag today as we meet in the lobby ready for a full-day tour of the Okanagan Valley. This area is famous for its red-producing wines and we’ll visit some stunning vineyards for tastings, followed by a meal paired with the best local wines. Hear the stories of the vintner’s and their vineyards as they brave cold winters and short summers.
  • This afternoon and evening are spent relaxing at the Resort.

Day 11: Friday, 22 August 2025 (B)

  • After a few days’ break, we’re back to golf so enjoy a big breakfast before heading to the onsite Ridge Course. Designed by Doug Carrick (you will hear his name a few times on this trip), the Ridge Course is the newer of the two onsite golf courses and ranks higher on the international publications’ rankings. It is tighter, visually stunning and more technical but we love it for the views and shot-making requirements. We prefer this course because it is much more modern and meanders through the hillside but they are both world-class golf courses.
  • Non-golfers: Free day at The Resort
  • We’ll have time for lunch at the club so afterwards, you’ll have the late afternoon and evening to relax, perhaps play some tennis or hire a bike from the resort to do some trail riding for the more adventurous amongst us.

Day 12: Saturday, 23 August 2025 (B)

  • We resume our Canadian Rockies journey today by heading north-east for the Golden Passage, but before we get there we’ll stop for two nights at the Sutton Place Hotel at Revelstoke. This is a famous skiing destination but in summer it is absolutely stunning, and there is a reason why we’re spending two nights here.
  • After settling into the Sutton Place Hotel, we want to bring the group together for a fun evening enjoying a meal together with your tour leaders. We have some drinks included to so enjoy your night; we’re walking distance from the hotel so you can peel off at any time.

Day 13: Sunday, 24 August 2025 (B)

  • Today we’re playing a very scenic, hidden gem: Revelstoke Golf Club. Nestled on the banks of the Columbia River, this fantastic golf course is not in any world-rankings but we often like to find a hidden gem to play on each tour which Wow’s our guests, and this is a big contender. We’ll enjoy a relaxed day in the Revelstoke Valley playing the game we love on one of the best courses in the Rockies.
  • Non-golfers: Free day in Revelstoke Village; enjoy art galleries, Grizzly Plaza, Cafes, Museums and the Columbia River.
  • After golf, we head back to the Hotel to relax. You might like to head into town for the afternoon to see more of Revelstoke which was founded in the 1880s during the construction of the Canadian Pacific Railway. It has a rich history in railway and the logging industries and it’s a beautiful place in summer.

Day 14: Monday, 25 August 2025 (B)

  • After breakfast at your leisure, we’ve got a 3-hr drive through the Golden Passage to Panorama Resort, which is another famous skiing destination but also home to Greywolf Golf Course, one of Canada’s top public golf courses (playing tomorrow).
  • We’re staying here for one night to play golf before heading off tomorrow, but this afternoon after settling in, you can enjoy a ride on the 1-Mile Express chair-lift, head out for a walk, enjoy an ATV tour, play disc golf or swim at the Resort’s heated pools.

Day 15: Tuesday, 26 August 2025 (B)

  • After breakfast at your leisure, we’ll check-out and head to the nearby Greywolf Golf Course for a fun day of golf. This Doug Carrick-designed golf course opened in 1999, and is nestled between the Purcell Mountains next to Panorama Resort. The famous cliff-hanger par-3 is one for the memory bank. Enjoy this 18-hole mountain course as it is a firm favourite for visiting golfers.
  • Non-golfers: Enjoy a yoga class in the morning, followed by a gondola ride up the 1 Mile Quad.
  • After lunch at the club, we’ve got a two hour drive northeast to Banff which is the last stop on our journey. We’ll check into the Peaks Hotel & Suites which is a modern hotel located in central Banff, so you can enjoy all the restaurants on your doorstep.

Day 16: Wednesday, 27 August 2025 (B)

  • Today is a sightseeing day, we’ll transfer to the Columbia Icefields where we will discover the power of glaciers, and see the source of the mighty Columbia River, which flows into the Pacific Ocean. Here you have an immersive experience with a snow-coach tour included. You’ll be taken to the glacier itself with a guided narrator, learning the history of the Athabasca Glacier during the journey. Also enjoy entry to the skywalk which provides unparalleled views over the glacier.
  • After sightseeing, we’ll have lunch on the way back to Banff, stopping at the gorgeous Lake Louise for a photo before returning to the Hotel and an evening at your leisure.

Day 17: Thursday, 28 August 2025 (B)

  • After breakfast at your leisure, we return to golf. Meet in the lobby ready for a day out at Kananaskis Golf Course, where we’ll play Mt Kidd, the better of the two 18-hole courses at Kananaskis Country Golf Course. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr, this golf course opened in 1983 and was one of the first designs in the region. It is known for its challenging layout, stunning views and meticulous design. It’s rated as one of the top courses in the Rockies.
  • Non-golfers: Enjoy a soak in the Banff Upper Hot Springs, followed by a scenic Gondolda ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain.
  • After lunch at the Club, we’ll return to Banff to unwind and relax at your own pace.

This has been one of the stalwarts of Canadian Golf so enjoy this fantastic layout with its amazing views. This is an iconic experience to say the least.
  • We’ll have a light lunch at the club before returning to the Hotel.
  • Non-golfers: Enjoy free time exploring Banff Town (shopping, cafes & more).
  • This evening, you are officially invited to our Farewell Dinner with drinks included so enjoy your final night in the company of friends old and new (venue TBA).

Of course you can. Our tours are specifically designed so non-golfing partners enjoy the trip as much as their golfing partners. Our hotels are always central to towns and popular activities. We also create non-golfer itineraries that are crafted with the interests of the non-golfers in mind and that means we consult with you before we book any non-golfer activity.

No, our golf tours are accepting of all golfers. Depending on the destination, some golf courses require you to have a certain handicap, and this will be expressed prior to any booking confirmation. Otherwise, you are welcome to join our golf tour as they are always inclusive.

Escorted golf tours are one of the most enjoyable types of holidays. Our groups are small and everyone gets to know each other on a first-name basis early-on in the tour.

On a golf day, breakfast is usually taken between 6:30 - 08.30, and our first tee-times are usually mid-morning. This allows for the early risers and late-goers to enjoy a two-hour period for breakfast. We like to keep the afternoons free for sightseeing, resort relaxation, shopping or general downtime. We usually restrict each day to having one activity, whether it's a half-day tour or round of golf, it's usually quite relaxed.

Apart from the welcome dinner and farewell dinner, we usually keep evenings free to enjoy whichever destination you are in. If you are travelling by yourself, the tour leaders have an open invitation to dine with them; if this is the case, you're in for a real treat as the tour leaders know where to go for the best meals. We always stay in destinations where local restaurants are either a short walk or short transfer away, so there are plenty of options to dine.

Over the decades, our tours average the following guest ratio: 70% couples, 30% singles. Our tours are comprised on average of 55% male and 45% female. One fact we are proud of is that our tours enjoy an average of 70% or higher repeat guest rate.

Absolutely. We are firm believers in travelling safely and with transparency. See our full list of accreditation here.

We are very transparent with our pricing. The easiest way to compare costs is to take the tour cost and divide it by the number of nights on the tour. Then, compare this per-night rate with other operators' tours. You'll find that some operators use the number of days to inflate numbers but the industry uses the nightly rate as the correct basis.

If you are trying to compare two tours, do the above equation and compare other factors including:

  • Number of people (big tours mean less per person costs, but travelling as part of a large group isn't always as fun)
  • Included activities
  • Quality of golf courses on the tour
  • Location of Hotels & quality of Hotels (are they near restaurants or do you have to catch a taxi to the closest restaurant?)

Voyages.golf has market-leading prices due to our long-established relationships with suppliers. We go out of the way to secure the best deals for our tours to bring costs down but also provide a sensational experience to maximise comfort and enjoyment for all participants. If you have any doubts or are comparing the costs between operators, feel free to let us know and we'll talk you through it.
