    Golf Course Information

Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr, the Monarch Beach golf links is the highlight feature of the Resort. Sculpted as a traditional Scottish links golf course, players enjoy ocean views while playing the 6,600-yard, 6,035-metre course. White-sand bunkers contrast heavily with rich green fairways while rolling green complexes create lightning-fast putting surfaces. Its coastal climate on the southern-Californian coast makes for more sunny days in the year. Sea breezes are less of an issue than the Scottish links courses it draws its influence from, but it is a factor to consider. The par-70 golf course is well-maintained year-round and includes water features on various holes that completes a modern twist to traditional links golf.
